HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

*Requried: All returns MUST be initiated and requested online. If you ship a return/exchange back to Southern Creations without initiating a return/exchange online first, then your return/exchange will be rejected. You may initate a return directly from within your account page by logging in. If you do not have an account, you may click on "Returns & Exchanges" in the footer at the bottom of our website or you may click the button below.  You must  purchase your own shipping label.  You will need to keep up with your tracking number to ensure it arrives back to us and you MUST ship back to the following address:
